For Marketing Ops, Demand Gen, RevOps & campaign approvers
Catch launch risk before the campaign goes live
IVRIS GTM Preflight runs three focused checks across campaign URLs and UTM values, approved source and medium standards, and landing-page form fields. It turns the evidence into an owned fix queue and an exportable Launch Risk Report—with verification limits kept visible.
A focused campaign-launch assurance layer for teams that need one defensible answer: launch, hold, or launch with accepted risk.
- Three focused check groups
- Every finding has a next action
- Exportable decision report
What IVRIS checks
Three focused checks before launch.
Each check names the surface inspected, the evidence observed, the confidence level, and any boundary that prevented verification.
Campaign URL & UTM integrity
Required campaign parameters, empty or duplicate values, casing, encoding, internal-tagging risk, and destination-domain consistency.
Source / medium standards
Observed source and medium pairs compared with the approved values selected for this preflight.
Landing-page form fields
Landing-page access, whether a form is present, and the visible or hidden campaign fields IVRIS can see—without submitting the form or claiming downstream receipt.
Campaign-to-decision workflow
A focused preflight, without losing the thread.
Campaign scope, check evidence, remediation, saved reruns, and the current recommendation stay attached to the same preflight record.
Set the campaign scope
Add the launch name, landing page, campaign URLs, traffic channels, and approved source and medium values.
Run three launch checks
Inspect the submitted URLs, approved source / medium values, and landing-page form fields.
Review evidence-backed findings
See what was checked, what was observed, why it matters, and how confident the finding is.
Own, rerun, and export
Assign the work, set due dates, record the resolution, rerun after fixes, and export the current Launch Risk Report.
Finding anatomy
A warning becomes useful when it can become work.
IVRIS keeps evidence, impact, confidence, owner, and action together. No unexplained red flags and no green status where verification stopped.
utm_source is missing from one paid-social URL
The exact destination URL was resolved and parsed. No utm_source parameter was present after redirect.
example.com/q3?utm_medium=paid_social&utm_campaign=q3-expansionPaid traffic may arrive unattributed or be grouped outside the intended campaign reporting.
Checked directly from the final URL. Confirm analytics and CRM attribution separately.
Launch Risk Report
A decision document, not a dashboard screenshot.
Stakeholders see the current launch recommendation first, then check coverage, evidence, owners, due dates, finding state, and unresolved verification limits. Print the report or export its findings as CSV.
- 01Current launch recommendation
- 02Check coverage snapshot
- 03Prioritized findings
- 04Owners and remediation state
- 05Evidence and verification limits
Q4 Product Launch
One verified blocker and two review items remain in the latest run. The team can see what needs action, who owns it, and what still needs review.
Decision-driving findings
- Paid-social source parameter missing
- Campaign ID absent from landing-page form
- Source / medium pair needs a standards review
Boundaries & ownership
- No form submission or CRM receipt check
- Campaign manager owns URL replacement
- Marketing Ops owns hidden-field fix
Saved reruns
Rerun without losing the record.
Run the same preflight after fixes. IVRIS keeps prior check reports attached to the campaign and records a fresh current recommendation, so the team can review what changed without rewriting the scope.
2 blocking · 3 review · 2 unverified
5 cleared · 0 new · decision remains Hold
Built for the launch room
One record for the people who find, fix, and approve launch risk.
Everyone works from the same evidence, owner, due date, next action, and current recommendation—without rebuilding the story in meetings.

See the exact URL or field that needs attention, assign the work, and record the resolution.

What the result means
Evidence, not a blanket guarantee.
IVRIS reports what the checks observed and keeps anything outside that scope visible.
- Exact check scope and evidence
- Confidence shown with every finding
- Unknowns stay marked for review
- No silent changes to campaign assets
- Rerun after the team makes a fix
- The final launch decision stays with your team

Clear answers, including the boundaries.
What does the preflight not cover?
It does not submit forms, inspect private analytics or CRM accounts, or guarantee end-to-end attribution. Those remain outside the three checks.
What does the free preflight include?
Create a saved workspace, run all three checks, review and own findings, rerun after fixes, and print the Launch Risk Report or export findings as CSV. No credit card is required.
Can IVRIS guarantee attribution?
No. IVRIS reports the evidence available to each check and the limitations encountered. It never turns an unavailable signal into a guarantee.
Does IVRIS change campaign assets?
No. IVRIS checks the submitted launch scope, records evidence, and recommends the next action. Your team decides and makes the change.
What happens after a team fixes a blocker?
Rerun the same preflight. New check reports and the latest recommendation stay attached to the campaign alongside earlier reports for review.
What do plans cost?
As of July 2026, Design Partner access is $0 for 60 days, then $149/month. A limited Founder rate is $99/month for six months. Standard access is $199/month. Availability and the start date are confirmed before any paid commitment.
