IVRIS Tech publishes in-depth, actionable content for B2B marketers, revenue leaders, and growth operators. We’re selectively accepting guest contributions from practitioners with genuine expertise and original perspectives.

What We Publish
We cover seven core categories. Your pitch should fit within one of these:

- AI & Automation — AI agents, workflow automation, n8n, Make, Zapier, AI for marketing
- Ecommerce & Growth — B2B ecommerce, pricing strategy, startup growth, business strategy
Content Guidelines
Every article published on IVRIS Tech meets the following standards:
- Word count: 1,500–3,000 words. Long enough to be genuinely useful, short enough to stay focused.
- Original content: 100% original. Not published elsewhere, not AI-generated without substantial human editing and expertise. We check.
- Actionable depth: We don’t publish surface-level overviews. If you’re writing about lead scoring, we expect specific models, tool configurations, and real examples — not a definition followed by five generic tips.
- Data-backed claims: Statistics need sources. Link to the original research, not a blog that cites a blog that cites the study.
- No promotional content: You can mention tools and platforms you use, but the article cannot be a product pitch. If every section steers toward your company’s product, it won’t be accepted.
- Clean formatting: Use H2 and H3 headings to structure your piece. Short paragraphs (2–4 sentences). Bullet points where they help clarity, not as filler.
What Contributors Get
- Author byline: Your name, title, and a short bio (2–3 sentences) displayed on the article.
- Backlink: One do-follow link to your website or professional profile within your author bio.
- Contextual links: Up to two relevant, non-promotional links within the article body (subject to editorial review).
- Social sharing: We promote published articles across our social channels.
- Long-term visibility: Your article lives on a growing B2B marketing resource. As our organic traffic grows, so does your exposure.
How to Submit
Step 1: Send your pitch to editorial@ivristech.com with the subject line: Guest Post Pitch: [Your Topic]
Include:
- Your proposed topic and a 3–4 sentence outline
- Which category it fits (from the list above)
- A link to 1–2 published writing samples
- A one-line bio
Step 2: If your pitch is accepted, we’ll confirm the topic, target keyword, and any specific angle we’d like you to cover.
Step 3: Submit the complete article as a Google Doc or HTML file. Our editorial team reviews for quality, accuracy, and style fit.
Step 4: After any revisions, we publish with your byline and notify you when it’s live.
RESPONSE TIME
We review every pitch and respond within 5 business days. If your topic is a good fit but the timing isn’t right, we’ll let you know and may revisit later. We don’t accept unsolicited completed articles — always pitch first.
Link Placement in Existing Articles
We also consider contextual link placements within our published articles. If you have a relevant resource that would genuinely add value for our readers, we can discuss adding it to an appropriate existing article with natural anchor text.
Link placements go through the same editorial review as guest articles. The linked resource must be topically relevant, high-quality, and genuinely useful to our audience. We don’t accept links to thin content, doorway pages, or anything that wouldn’t pass our own editorial standards.

What We Don’t Accept
- Thinly veiled product promotions or advertorials
- AI-generated articles without meaningful human expertise and editing
- Content already published on other websites
- Articles shorter than 1,500 words
- Topics outside our B2B focus (no B2C, no personal finance, no lifestyle content)
- Casino, gambling, payday loan, or adult content links
