IVRIS Tech is an independent B2B marketing publication. Every article we publish is held to the same editorial standards, whether written by our team or by guest contributors. This page explains how we create, review, and maintain our content.
How We Create Content
Every article starts with keyword research and competitive analysis. Before writing begins, we identify the target keyword, study the current search results, and outline what the article needs to cover to genuinely serve the reader. Content is planned as part of a pillar-cluster structure that ensures topical depth across each category we cover.
Our editorial team writes and edits all in-house content. Guest contributions go through the same editorial review process as internally produced articles. We do not publish press releases, sponsored content, or advertorials as editorial articles.
Our Editorial Standards
Every article published on IVRIS Tech meets these requirements:
- Accuracy: Statistical claims cite their original source. We link to primary research, official documentation, and recognized industry authorities — not secondary aggregators.
- Originality: All content is original. We do not republish content from other sites, and we do not accept AI-generated articles without substantial human expertise, editing, and verification.
- Depth: We aim for practical, actionable content. Surface-level overviews that restate common knowledge without adding insight do not pass our editorial review.
- Transparency: When we reference tools, platforms, or services, we disclose any material relationships. Recommendations are based on editorial judgment, not compensation.
- Readability: Articles use clear heading hierarchies (H2, H3), short paragraphs, and structured formatting. Technical concepts are explained without assuming expert-level knowledge unless the article explicitly targets advanced practitioners.
Fact-Checking Process
Before publication, every article goes through these checks:
- All external links are verified to point to active, relevant pages
- Statistics and data points are traced back to their original source
- Tool names, pricing details, and feature descriptions are confirmed against current official documentation
- Claims about industry trends are supported by research published within the last 24 months
- Internal links are checked to ensure they point to the correct published articles
Guest Contributions
We accept guest contributions from qualified practitioners. Guest articles go through the same editorial review as in-house content. Contributors are credited with a byline and author bio. Our Write for Us page has complete submission guidelines.
Guest contributors retain credit for their work, but IVRIS Tech holds the right to edit for accuracy, clarity, and style consistency. We do not alter the author’s core arguments or conclusions without discussion.
Content Updates
B2B marketing evolves. Tools change pricing, platforms add features, and industry benchmarks shift. We periodically review published articles and update them when:
- Cited statistics become outdated (older than 24 months for fast-moving topics)
- Referenced tools or platforms make significant changes
- External links break or redirect to irrelevant pages
- Reader feedback or new research reveals inaccuracies
- Search intent for the target keyword shifts meaningfully
Updated articles display the most recent revision date. We do not silently alter published content — substantive updates are noted.
Affiliate Links & Monetization
IVRIS Tech may include affiliate links in some articles. When present, these are clearly disclosed. Affiliate relationships never influence our editorial recommendations. If a tool doesn’t meet our quality standards, we won’t recommend it regardless of commission potential.
We also accept guest posts from qualified contributors. Guest post pricing and terms are discussed privately and never listed publicly on our site. The editorial quality bar is identical for paid and unpaid contributions.

If you spot an error in any IVRIS Tech article — a broken link, an incorrect statistic, an outdated claim, or a factual mistake — please let us know at editorial@ivristech.com. We take accuracy seriously and will review and correct verified errors promptly.
Editorial Independence
IVRIS Tech’s editorial decisions are made independently. Advertisers, sponsors, and guest contributors do not have approval rights over our editorial content. Tool recommendations, platform comparisons, and strategy advice reflect our honest editorial assessment.
