These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the IVRIS websites, public tools, GTM Preflight application, reports, emails, and related services (together, the “Services”). The Services are provided under the IVRIS Tech name by Mahesh Sirvi, based in Pune, Maharashtra, India (“IVRIS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Services for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. What IVRIS provides
IVRIS provides:
- the IVRIS Tech website, articles, guides, research, and other editorial material;
- free tools, including the UTM Linter, Web Form Audit, and Source/Medium Normalizer; and
- the GTM Preflight workspace, which lets authorised users define a campaign scope, run supported checks, review evidence and findings, assign follow-up work, rerun checks, and create or export Launch Risk Reports.
2. What the checks do—and do not do
IVRIS performs focused, evidence-based checks using the information and public URLs supplied to it. Results describe what the applicable check observed at the time it ran. They are not a guarantee that a campaign is error-free, compliant, correctly attributed, or commercially successful.
Unless a result expressly says otherwise, IVRIS does not access your private analytics or CRM account, submit your forms, confirm that a CRM received a lead, change your campaign assets, approve a campaign on your behalf, or replace professional legal, privacy, security, analytics, or marketing advice. “Could not verify,” “Needs review,” and other qualified outcomes are intentional limits, not confirmations.
You remain responsible for reviewing results, deciding whether to launch, making changes, obtaining required approvals, and testing your complete marketing and revenue workflow.
3. Business use, eligibility, and accounts
The Services are intended for professional and business use by people who are at least 18 years old. You must provide accurate information and use an email account you are authorised to access.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account, for maintaining control of your email account and sign-in links or codes, and for notifying us promptly at hello@ivristech.com if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not share a personal sign-in link or code.
Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for deciding who may access their workspace and for ensuring that their users comply with these Terms.
4. Your content and permission to process it
You retain your rights in campaign names, URLs, standards, notes, uploaded or pasted data, findings, reports, comments, and other material that you submit to the Services (“Customer Content”).
You grant IVRIS a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, copy, process, transmit, and display Customer Content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services and to comply with law. This permission ends when the relevant content is deleted from active systems, subject to reasonable backup, security, and legal-retention requirements described in the Privacy Policy.
You confirm that you have the rights and authority needed to submit Customer Content and URLs. Do not submit passwords, access tokens, payment-card data, government identifiers, health data, special-category or sensitive personal data, private internal URLs, or personal data that is unnecessary for the check. The Web Form Audit is for public web pages only.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the Services to:
- break any law, infringe another person’s rights, or process data without authority;
- scan, probe, or interact with a website you are not authorised to assess;
- submit malicious URLs, malware, unlawful content, secrets, or deceptive data;
- attempt to bypass authentication, tenant isolation, rate limits, usage limits, or other safeguards;
- conduct vulnerability testing, denial-of-service activity, excessive automated requests, or disruptive scraping without our written permission;
- reverse engineer or misuse the Services except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
- represent an IVRIS result as a guarantee, certification, legal approval, or proof of end-to-end attribution.
We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, or the Services, investigate suspected misuse, comply with law, or prevent material harm.
6. Free tools and free access
Free results may be subject to reasonable usage limits. UTM Linter and Source/Medium Normalizer CSV downloads are generated immediately in the browser and do not require an email address or account.
Temporary Web Form Audit jobs and results expire after seven days. Other short-lived delivery and rate-limit records have the periods stated in the Privacy Policy. Saved reports inside an authenticated workspace are separate from temporary public-tool results and remain until deleted or the related account or workspace is closed, subject to the Privacy Policy.
7. Plans, orders, and payment
Current public plan information appears on the Pricing page. The free preflight does not require a payment card.
IVRIS currently uses guided onboarding rather than automated checkout. No paid plan begins and no payment is due unless IVRIS and the customer first confirm the commercial terms in writing. That written confirmation or order will identify the selected plan, price and currency, start date, billing cadence, applicable taxes, included access, introductory period (if any), renewal or continuation terms, cancellation method, and any refund terms. If an order conflicts with these Terms on a commercial point, the order controls for that point.
A customer may withdraw an access request or cancel before an agreed paid start date without a software subscription charge. Once paid access begins, the cancellation, renewal, and refund terms in the written order apply. We will not silently convert a free account into paid access.
8. Intellectual property
IVRIS and its licensors own the Services, software, design, trademarks, documentation, editorial content, rule descriptions, and other materials we provide, excluding Customer Content. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for your internal business purposes.
You may download, share, and use reports and exports produced for your organisation’s business purposes. You may quote and link to public editorial content with reasonable attribution. You may not resell, clone, white-label, or commercially redistribute the Services or our underlying rules and content unless we agree in writing.
If you provide feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or payment, provided we do not identify you or disclose confidential Customer Content without permission.
9. Confidentiality
Each party will use reasonable care to protect non-public information received from the other and will use it only for the purpose for which it was shared. This does not apply to information that is public through no breach, already lawfully known, independently developed, or lawfully received from another source. A party may disclose information when required by law after giving notice where legally permitted.
10. Third-party services and links
The Services depend on third-party infrastructure and may link to third-party websites. Our Privacy Policy identifies the main service providers used to operate IVRIS. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and practices. IVRIS is not responsible for third-party content or systems outside our control, but we remain responsible for selecting and configuring our processors in connection with the Services.
11. Transactional and marketing communications
We may send messages needed to provide the Services, including sign-in links or codes, requested reports, access or billing confirmations, security notices, support replies, and material service or policy notices.
Marketing messages are optional. Where offered, they require a separate choice and can be stopped using the unsubscribe link or by emailing hello@ivristech.com. Stopping marketing does not stop necessary transactional or security messages.
12. Availability, support, and changes
We aim to keep the Services available and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation unless a written order contains a specific service commitment. Features may change as the product improves. We will not knowingly turn unavailable evidence into a positive finding or guarantee.
For product, access, billing, security, or data questions, email hello@ivristech.com. We will use reasonable efforts to acknowledge business-day requests promptly; no formal support-response SLA applies unless agreed in writing.
Hosted updates normally reach users on navigation or refresh. If an older tab cannot load after a release, refresh the page. Contact us before refreshing if you have unsaved information and the application does not provide a preservation warning.
13. Suspension, termination, and data return
You may stop using free Services at any time. Paid cancellation follows the written order. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, unlawful use, security risk, non-payment under an agreed order, or material harm to the Services or others. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.
Before closing a workspace, export any reports you need. You may request account closure or deletion by emailing hello@ivristech.com. We will handle Customer Content and personal data as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
14. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” IVRIS disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage. We do not warrant that every campaign issue will be detected, that every recommendation fits your policies, or that using the Services will produce a particular commercial result.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, opportunity, or data, arising from the Services, even if advised that such loss was possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IVRIS’s total aggregate liability arising from the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount the customer paid IVRIS for the Services during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) INR 10,000 where no amount was paid. This limit does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
16. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify IVRIS against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from Customer Content, your unlawful or unauthorised use of the Services, or your material breach of Sections 4 or 5, except to the extent the claim was caused by IVRIS.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law gives a party another right or forum.
Before filing a claim, each party will make a good-faith effort for 30 days to resolve the dispute through written notice, unless urgent injunctive relief is reasonably required.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. We will post the updated date and give reasonable advance notice of a material change where practicable. A change will not retroactively alter an agreed paid commercial term. Continued use after an update takes effect means the updated Terms apply.
19. General
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any written order are the agreement governing the Services. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remain effective. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a genuine reorganisation, financing, merger, or sale, subject to continued protection of personal data.
