For Marketing Ops, Demand Gen, RevOps & campaign approvers
Catch launch risk before the campaign goes live
IVRIS GTM Preflight checks campaign links, tracking, forms, and observable analytics signals; turns evidence-backed findings into owned fixes; then produces a shareable Launch Risk Report without hiding unverified handoffs.
A focused campaign-launch assurance layer for teams that need one defensible answer: launch, hold, or launch with accepted risk.
- Read-only verification
- Evidence attached to every claim
- No silent remediation
What IVRIS checks
The fragile handoffs a campaign depends on.
Each check names the exact surface inspected, the evidence observed, the confidence level, and any boundary that prevented verification.
Campaign links & destinations
URL reachability, redirects, query integrity, approved domains, fragments, and channel-specific destination mismatches.
UTM & campaign taxonomy
Required parameters, naming standards, source/medium combinations, casing, duplicates, and campaign ID consistency.
Landing pages & forms
Rendered fields, hidden campaign values, form action, consent elements, thank-you behavior, and broken submission paths.
Analytics signals
GA4 configuration evidence, event naming, campaign parameter visibility, and customer-guided realtime or report verification.
Marketing automation
HubSpot form and contact evidence, campaign value persistence, lifecycle fields, and permitted workflow-side observations.
CRM handoff
Salesforce lead/contact receipt, mapped campaign fields, source continuity, and the point where verification becomes unavailable.
Campaign-to-decision workflow
The full preflight, without losing the thread.
Scope, evidence, remediation, reruns, and approval stay attached to the same campaign record from setup through the final decision.
Set the campaign scope
Add launch date, owners, channels, URLs, forms, taxonomy, systems, and approval criteria.
Run automated checks
Inspect deterministic surfaces and gather connected evidence using only permitted access.
Review evidence-backed findings
See what was checked, what was observed, why it matters, and how confident the finding is.
Assign remediation
Give every blocker an owner, due date, recommended action, discussion, and resolution state.
Rerun after fixes
Recheck the same scope and preserve a direct before/after record instead of starting over.
Make the launch decision
Approve, hold, or accept a named risk with the remaining unknowns visible.
Share the Launch Risk Report
Give stakeholders an executive brief, findings, ownership, limitations, rerun delta, and approval trail.
Finding anatomy
A warning becomes useful when it can become work.
IVRIS keeps evidence, impact, confidence, owner, and action together. No unexplained red flags and no green status where verification stopped.
utm_source is missing from one paid-social URL
The exact destination URL was resolved and parsed. No utm_source parameter was present after redirect.
example.com/q3?utm_medium=paid_social&utm_campaign=q3-expansionPaid traffic may arrive unattributed or be grouped outside the intended campaign reporting.
Deterministic URL inspection. No analytics or CRM receipt claim is implied.
Launch Risk Report
A decision document, not a dashboard screenshot.
Stakeholders see the launch recommendation first, then the evidence, unresolved boundaries, owners, rerun changes, and approval history behind it.
- 01Executive launch brief
- 02Blocking and review findings
- 03Unable-to-verify boundaries
- 04Owners and remediation status
- 05Rerun comparison and approval record
Q4 Product Launch
Two verified blockers can break paid attribution and lead routing. Five prior findings cleared on rerun; Salesforce receipt remains explicitly unverified.
Decision-driving findings
- Paid-social source parameter missing
- Campaign ID absent from rendered form
- GA4 event verified after customer probe
Boundaries & ownership
- Salesforce receipt not yet verified
- Campaign manager owns URL replacement
- Marketing Ops owns hidden-field fix
Rerun comparison
The second run is not a reset.
IVRIS preserves the previous evidence and shows what cleared, what changed, what is new, and what still blocks the launch.
2 blocking · 3 review · 2 unverified
5 cleared · 0 new · decision remains Hold
Connected evidence
Read-only HubSpot, GA4, and Salesforce connections are being validated.
The connection architecture uses minimum scopes and customer-guided, non-PII probes. Provider connections are staged pilot capabilities, not part of today’s public preflight.
HubSpot Pilot
Planned read-only verification for permitted form-submission and contact evidence.
- Access
- Read only · minimum scope
- Boundary
- Rendered fields are not treated as CRM receipt
Google Analytics 4 Pilot
Planned read-only inspection of permitted realtime or report evidence after a guided action.
- Access
- Read only · property-specific
- Boundary
- No claim when the event is outside the available window
Salesforce Pilot
Planned read-only matching of permitted lead or contact campaign evidence.
- Access
- Read only · minimum object scope
- Boundary
- “Could not verify” remains visible until evidence exists
Security & privacy
Read-only verification boundaries
The strongest assurance comes from making the limits as visible as the successful checks.
- Minimum scopes and customer-controlled connections
- No silent writes, form submissions, or record changes
- Customer-guided probes use unique non-PII values
- Evidence timestamps and source systems are preserved
- Unverified states never become a false green
- Connections can be revoked outside the preflight record

Is IVRIS a replacement for HubSpot or Salesforce?
No. IVRIS is a focused launch-assurance layer across the campaign, analytics, form, marketing automation, and CRM systems you already use.
What does the free preflight include?
During validation, qualified teams can build and run a preflight, review findings, assign remediation, rerun checks, and share the Launch Risk Report. Optional hands-on services are separate.
Can IVRIS guarantee attribution?
No. IVRIS reports the evidence available to each check and the limitations encountered. It never turns an unavailable signal into a guarantee.
Does IVRIS submit forms or change CRM records?
IVRIS does not submit forms. Any guided submission is performed by the customer. Pilot connections are designed for read-only, minimum-scope verification.
What happens after a team fixes a blocker?
Rerun the same preflight. IVRIS preserves the prior evidence and decision, then highlights cleared, changed, new, and still-open findings.
Can an approver accept a known risk?
Yes. The launch record can document an accepted risk, the person who accepted it, the evidence and limitations considered, and the final decision.
